Academy Of European Law
Recent Jurisprudence Of The European Court Of Human Rights On Environmental Law
Strasbourg, 29-30 November 2011
This seminar will provide legal practitioners with in-depth knowledge of the increasing body of case law produced by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in the field of environmental law.
The seminar will include a visit to a hearing before the Grand Chamber of the European Court. Please note that the number of places at the hearing is limited to 50 and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
